Eureka is the kind of book that becomes memorable for its cast of characters and the successful depictions of one of the most beautiful and unique eras of our times. The characters are beautifully drawn and the story has so many interesting twists and turns that I am sure I missed something on the first time through.
There re several mysteries floating around, one contained in the screenplay and others in the real-life narrative. When it comes to science, too often people say "I just don't have the brains for it"--and eurekh it at that.

This is the first book in a long time that after finishing it, I was tempted to reread it immediately. Some other characters from the last eurehka books, including Freya, appear again, and the whole narrative is interlaced with Nat's script, which strangely echoes events taking place in the rest of the novel. The characters are definitely the highlight of the story.
