Also thought their would be a lot of iPod Touches owned by children rather than iPhones. I know this is a touchy issue, but the problem with their support regarding it was that none of them knew the actual number to replace it at. I'm no GPS expert, but I'm not sure how they could do that with a simple candybar phone. The moral of that story is that Apple needs a cheaper entry point for an iOS smartphone if they want to command market share and especially to put their phones in the hands of more teenagers.
