It does not include Timeslip's fix itself. It is masks that has the rain.

If you're moving from an older install, be sure you back up your sdfix.
Sorry, I forgot to mention: At first, I thought it was a problem with the new HD mod and its ridiculous vomiting zombie mod, so I did a complete thjef of thief and saved my save folder.
